Got an apple? Grill (or bake) this simple Cooked Apple, Strained Yogurt, Honey dessert for two!

Apple season is here and I’m going apple picking on Sunday! So excited ❤ Last weekend we were grilling for lunch (our last few chances before winter hits New England, ugh) and I had one really red apple in the fridge. Had the idea to throw it on the grill and this dessert came to be. Let me tell you it tasted as good as it looks, Gav and I shared this and enjoyed immensely!

Also, did you know that you can pipe strained greek yogurt? Me either! Holy cow 🐄 literally.

Ingredients:

  • 1 large (Gala) apple cored halved grilled until soft (or baked but those grill marks 😍)
  • 1/4 cup full fat strained greek yogurt, whip it first then pipe (cannot live without that yog)
  • 2 tsp honey drizzled
  • sprinkle some seeds if you like!

Now the question is, when will you make this and which lucky buddy will get the other half? Hope you love!
